Repair Request
Sometimes things go wrong — and that’s okay.
If a piece of equipment is damaged or not performing as expected, please log a Repair Request so our team can track, inspect, and service the item. We’ll arrange collection or return, complete a full assessment, and get repairs underway to ensure everything is restored to working order.
